I’m an organic lawn and soil practitioner based in central North Carolina and founder of Pleasant Green Grass. For over two decades, I’ve focused on improving soil health in compacted, clay dominant Piedmont soils. My work centers on building organic matter, improving structure, and restoring biological function in real world conditions where topsoil is stripped and irrigation is limited. Through my involvement with the Soil Food Web community, I aim to connect soil biology principles with practical land care that creates healthier, more resilient landscapes.
