Marissa Busch
About
Marissa Busch and her husband, Duane, farm 1,000 acres of non-GMO corn, barley, oats, and hay near Milaca, MN, while raising seven children and multiple livestock species. Their no-till operation uses living cover crops, aerobic compost, and biological inputs instead of synthetic fertilizers. Through on-farm testing and microscopy, Marissa monitors soil biology, restores microbial life, and improves plant and animal health. They are transitioning to organic, going beyond certification to regenerate their soils.
