José Santa Cruz

José Santa Cruz is a Certified Soil Food Web Lab-Tech (CLT) with professional training as an agronomist and an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics (Fulbright, USA). Since 2016, his work has focused on soil health and sustainable production systems, using microscopy-based soil biology analysis to support regenerative agriculture and sustainable food production.
