Leisha, Living Ground,

Leisha Giddings is a certified SFW Consultant and educator based in Ecuador. She founded Living Ground Project, a working education and demonstration project centered on soil to plate systems, preservation, and ecological literacy. Through compost, gardens, microbial observation, food processing, and traditional preservation, the project focuses on witnessing soil recovery and translating living soil biology into resilient, self reliant food systems rooted in place. The aim is to restore soils, empower people and become a living destination to witness and learn.
