My professional experience in agriculture is primarily in vineyards and winemaking. I was co-owner of La Gramiere from 2005 – 2015. My current company, Solvif, is a soil and environment regeneration company currently focused on building zero-plastic compost tea brewers that provide the highest level of mixing and aeration of any brewer on the market. Brewers from 250L to 5000L. Installations in the Netherlands, Spain, France and Austria.
