Amy came to Dr Elaine’s teachings after 15 years as a clinical speech-language pathologist. As an organic homesteader she struggled to grow food successfully until discovering the SFW approach. Many microscopic analyses, compost piles and workshops later, she has had a blast making relationships in her community and around the globe. Amy has a passion for proving the connection between soil biology and nutrient density and a knack for designing on-farm demonstration trials.
