Discounts

To calculate discounts on samples, please complete the following steps:
1. Add all prices of the tests - individual as well as package prices. (This will be $TOTAL)

2. If you are sending a complete, legible submission form AND payment in the form of a check or a credit card number, subtract 10% of the $TOTAL. To calculate, multiply your $TOTAL by 0.9 so that you have 90% of the original amount.

Please note: If you are sending a check, write the check for the discounted amount.
