Background: BAgSc from the University of Queensland, 4 years researching biological control agents (e.g. Trichogramma wasp, predatory mite), 7 years developing the industrial hemp industry in Australia (including the introduction and breeding of industrial varieties suited to Australian conditions), 3 years as an agronomist for Nutri-Tech Solutions analysing soil tests using the Albrecht mineral balancing approach. During the last 3 years I have been combining all my past knowledge with soil microbiology and designing cost-effective and practical 'biological' fertility programs for all soil types and crops.
